Privacy policy

AgentDesk is a product of AgentEazy Corp ("we", "us"). This policy explains, in plain words, what information we handle and how we protect it.

What we collect

What you tell us: your name, agency, email, phone and the details you share in our contact form or on a call.
What you send us: emails, files and records you forward or connect so we can do the work, which may include your clients' information.
Basic technical data: standard logs such as dates, times and errors, used to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

To do the work you ask for: sort, prepare, follow up and keep a record of each task.
To route a task to a person when one is needed: your team, or a HumanAgent reviewer when you ask for one.
To contact you about your account and the service.
To keep the service safe, and to fix and improve it.

Your data is never sold or used to train AI. We use trusted AI providers to read and sort documents on your behalf. They process data only to deliver the service and may not use it to train their models.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run AgentDesk, such as hosting, email delivery and AI processing, under contracts that limit their use of your data.
HumanAgent reviewers, only for tasks you choose to send to them. Reviewers are bound by confidentiality.
Authorities, only when the law requires it.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Where it's stored and how it's protected

Data is hosted in the US. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the people who need it to do the work.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you use AgentDesk. When you stop, or ask us to, we delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information at any time by emailing us.

Your agency's clients

When we handle your clients' information, we do so as your service provider and only on your instructions. Your agency stays responsible for its relationship with its clients, and we work to support your obligations under privacy and insurance data-security laws.

Children

AgentDesk is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, let you know by email.

These terms apply when you use AgentDesk, a product of AgentEazy Corp. By using it, you agree to them.

What AgentDesk does

AgentDesk handles routine work for independent insurance agencies, such as renewals, service requests and new business intake. It prepares, follows up and keeps a record. Anything that needs a person goes to your team, or to a HumanAgent reviewer when you ask for one.

What AgentDesk does not do

AgentDesk is not an insurance agency, broker or carrier.
It does not bind coverage, sell insurance or give coverage advice.
Licensed activity, and every final decision, stays with your agency.

Your part

Only send us information you have the right to share.
Review and approve anything that needs your decision.
Keep your licenses current and follow the laws that apply to your agency.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You let us use it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our privacy policy above.

Fair use

Don't use AgentDesk for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to try to access data or systems that aren't yours.

Fees

Pricing is agreed with you in writing before any paid work starts. Nothing is charged without your agreement.

Estimates

Figures on our website, such as hours saved or commission kept, are estimates for illustration. Your results will depend on your agency.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep AgentDesk accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending the service

You can stop using AgentDesk at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When the service ends, we delete your data as described in our privacy policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
